We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are prepared with our fulfillment partners, so please allow 5–10 business days before your order is dispatched.

Standard shipping is $5, and free on orders of $50 or more. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks from order date, but carrier delays can occur.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before paying.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because pieces are fulfilled specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, preference, or normal variations disclosed on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@momokoco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Natural materials can vary in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, size, and shape. Variations disclosed on the product page are expected and are not considered defects.

What materials are used? Check each product page for the material details supplied by the maker or supplier.

How should my pet wear the charm? These charms are decorative accessories, not chew toys. Always supervise wear and remove the charm during crate time, sleep, bathing, swimming, or rough play.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. During this launch we ship within the U.S. only.

When will my order arrive? Please allow 5–10 business days for order preparation, followed by approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order — your name, contact details, and shipping address. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We don't sell your personal information. We may email you about your order, and about news or offers if you opt in.

By placing an order, you agree that our accessories are sold for decorative use. Any references to crystals or symbolism are not medical claims and are not a substitute for veterinary care.

You are responsible for choosing whether an accessory is appropriate for your pet and for supervising its use.
