Amethyst Pet Charms

Amethyst is a purple quartz. The colour comes from the way iron sits in the crystal, and it can run from a pale lilac to a deeper violet in a single piece. We do not dye these charms to force a match. If two pieces look a little different, that is the stone.

Most of the purple you see is already in the crystal when it is cut. A paler face and a deeper edge on the same charm are normal. Photos on this page are a guide. The piece that ships can be a shade lighter or darker, and it can show a small internal mark. That is why we describe colour as natural variation, not as one exact purple.

On a collar, amethyst works as a small decorative stone rather than a large statement. The charm hangs from a D-ring you already have. It does not change the collar's fit, and it does not take the place of an ID tag.

Why amethyst for pets

Amethyst is associated with calm and quiet rest. That is a traditional symbol, the reason some people choose it for a collar they see every day. It does not soothe a dog, treat anxiety, or replace care. It is a light charm for supervised wear, nothing more medical than that.

The fitting is gold-tone and meant to stay out of the way. Small, Medium, and Large let you scale the stone to the collar, especially on a tiny dog.
